The pool
The luxury pool with overflow and mosaic tiles goes beautifully with the villa.
It's a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
The pool looks especially beautiful at night when it's lit up. Great to look at and equally great for some night swimming!
The pool measures apprx. 4 x 9 meters. Its depth is 1,20 m. at the shallow end and 1,75 m. at the deep end.
The garden
Villa To Kyma has a garden of 1600 m2, partly cultivated and partly olive grove.
The garden has a lot of plants that only grow indoors in Northern Europe where they seem to be pathetic examples of their species (in our house at least!). But in the garden of Villa To Kyma you will find splendid examples of ficus benjamin, yucca, bougainville etc.
Just outside the kitchen is a little plot with herbs such as thyme, oregano and rosemary. There are some fruit trees as well so you may be able to pick lemons, oranges, lime and tangerines. Especially the lemons are not to be missed in Greek cuisine!
The veranda
The villa has a large veranda that covers the length of the house. In summer this veranda often acts as main sittingroom. The large diningtable with its authentic Greek chairs is conveniently placed in front of the kitchen window, making it easy to bring the food out. After your meal you can relax in one of the loungechairs.
You can also make use of a BBQ, hammock, sunbeds and a large umbrella in the garden.
There is plenty of room for children to roam about and also some outside/water games that you can use.
